Pole Confidence Private/1-2-1 Lessons
Pole Confidence offers both private pole dancing lessons and group lessons. Please see below for details of our popular private lessons. Please click here for details of group classes.
Pole Confidence private lessons are great fun and as your lesson is either 1-2-1 or shared with up to three friends, they can be customised to your exact needs and motivations.
At the beginning of your first lesson we will determine exactly what you want to achieve, this could include:-
- Improve your general level of fitness, tone and flexibility
- Improve your levels of confidence
- Learning a large range of pole tricks and spins
- Putting together your own routines - perhaps as a treat for a partner?
- Have a fun get together with friends
Pole Confidence Private Lesson Venue
Pole Confidence private lessons can be arranged in a variety of venues on the South Coast and in East Grinstead, West Sussex. We also have a studio we use in East Grinstead. For larger groups, a local studio with more poles is used.
Pole Confidence Private Lesson Times
Private lessons are available from Monday - Friday between 9am and 9pm and on Saturday mornings from 9am - 1pm subject to availability.
Private Pole Dancing Taster Sessions
Try before you buy with a 45 minute private taster session (evening or daytime) from just £15.00 per person. Pay online and a Pole Confidence representative will contact you to arrange a lesson time.
Private Pole Dance Lesson Prices
Pole Confidence private lesson prices range from just £18 - £35.00 per person per hourly lesson depending how many people are in the lesson. We aim to keep our prices affordable (you can pay up to £150 for one to one lessons!) so that you can get all the benefits from regular weekly lessons as well as lots of personal attention focusing on exactly what you want and all at the speed you want to learn.

Discounts are given for block bookings of 6 or more lessons (pre-payment required). 6 lesson courses are non refundable once the course has started. However, dates and times of the course can be changed with more than 48 hours notice. Lessons do not need to be taken every week and the course can be spread over several weeks. This is a popular option if you have your own pole at home to practice on in between lessons.
To book/deposits and cancellations
To book your lesson, please pay a non-refundable deposit of £10.00. This is retained in case of no show or if a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. The balance is payable in your lesson by cash or cheque. If you need to cancel your lesson, the lesson can be rearranged if more than 24 hours notice is given (subject to availability).

Two hour lessons
It is also possible to do two hour lessons, this is especially popular if you are travelling from a distance. To work out the cost, simply double the hourly rate.
Dedicated six week pole course
