Home > Pole Dancing Events > Pole Confidence Pole Jam May 2010
Sat 1st May 2010 & Sun 2nd May 2010 were National Pole Dance Days - Pole Confidence offered free taster sessions just asking for small contribution to charity!
Previously just the domain of May Pole Dancers, this bank holiday weekend is now the UK's Pole Dance Day!

Pole Confidence held two special events in aid of St Catherine's Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Support.
On Saturday 1st May 2010 students booked in for 1-2-1 Pole Dancing Taster Sessions
Sunday 2nd May 2010 - Pole Jam open to non and existing students
Nearly 50 people came along with stands, to play on the poles at our 'Pole Confidence pole jam' and to watch Hannah and Vicki practising their synchronised pole routine which they are entering into the National Syncrhonised Pole Dance Competition in Plymouth on 23rd May. Open to all - from absolute beginners to more advanced students, new students and existing students, the event was a great success and we raised over £200 for these two worthwhile charities.
Held at our new venue at the East Grinstead Sports Club - a beautiful room which can hold up to 7 poles and has its own bar.
Pole Confidence girlies were on hand to assist with moves and to answer any questions. There was also demonstrations of different pole moves and routines and a burlesque taster session where all the ladies got up to strut their stuff along with Madame JoJo!
What a great way to celebrate the bank holiday weekend!
Pictures coming soon.
