Pole Confidence Pole Dancing Events Past and Present
Although the majority of the lessons taught at Pole Confidence are 1-2-1 lessons or small groups of friends, we still have as good a social side of much larger classes.
At least twice a year we hold large Charity Events - last year saw a Pole Showcase night in East Grinstead which was attended by over 150 people and where we raised over £2200 for Macmillan Cancer Support, and the previous year's charity event at Bar Kuba in East Grinstead raised over £1500.- see pictures from the evening.
Pole Confidence students have also attended the UK pole dancing championships, the theatre, the Pole Dancers Christmas party and even visited Spearmint Rhinos to learn some tips from the dancers there!

Pole Confidence students performed routines from their lessons - all in support of Macmillan Cancer Support and raised an amazing £2200!
Pole Confidence Pole Jam day
To celebrate UK Pole Dance Day 2010, students cam along to try a 1-2-1 in my studio on Saturday 1st May or attended our Pole Jam day at the East Grinstead Sports Club on Sunday 2nd May. More details on the Pole Confidence Pole Jam days.
National Synchronised Pole Dance Squad launch party.
Pole Confidence Students Hannah and Vicki competed in the UK's first Synchronised Pole Dance Competition in Plymouth on Sunday 23rd May 2010 and came 3rd place!
