There is no doubt about it, wearing the 'traditional' pole dancing shoes certainly makes a difference to your dancing and confidence levels! Although you can wear bare feet or trainers in Pole Confidence lessons (in face we recommend it for part of the lesson), you will never beat that feeling of trying on your first pair of pole dancing shoes. They are also surprisingly sturdy and comfortable!
